Welcome! Congratulations on your involvement with our club membership program. The regular maintenance that is provided with this membership will help ensure the energy efficiency of your system which will save you money on your heating and cooling costs and help prolong the life of your system. In additon to the money you will save you can be sure that your family is safe from an unhealthy environment created by your system, including deadly carbon monoxide leaks. Your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home or to your new home (some restrictions may apply).
The following 2 Levels of protection are offered:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FREE REPAIRS* Your system will be repaired from mechanical breakdown (up to $900). Anything above $900 will be the responsibility of the homeowner. Service fees will be the responsibility of the homeowner. The following items are excluded: Compressors, heat exchangers, coils, humidifiers, air purifiers and air cleaners. Acts of God, defects caused by physical damage, damage caused by alteration or abuse are also excluded. *Free repairs Premier membership only. $900 In free repairs can't be applied to new system in the instance that they are not used SERVICE IN 24 HOURS Service will be performed within 24 hours of when your call is taken. FILTERS AND CONSUMABLE ITEMS Filters and other consumable items such and UV bulbs and humidifier pads are exluded as free service or repair. Discounts will apply. CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT Either party, homeowner or company, may cancel this agreement with written notice allowing up to 30 days for processing . Homeowner will not be refunded any unused membership dues. Replacement discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupons.
